 On the 24th of April a workshop will take place in the WICC in Wageningen, on "Use of appropriately Treated Domestic Wastewater in Irrigated Agriculture - Technical and Socio-Economic Aspects". This workshop is organised in the framework of multilateral research & capacity building projects in the Middle East and Mediterranean area. During this workshop lecturers from different disciplines, mainly from Wageningen UR, will shed their light on this subject. Disciplines that will be represented here are environmental policy, environmental economy, irrigation and water engineering, and environmental technology. After lunch a solid panel is left to the mercy of the public, and we are hoping for a thorough discussion about all aspects of this subject.
