The Lecture-Committee of the study association Nicolas Appert presents on Wednesday, September 24th, a symposium to answer this question.
The whole chain of food taste will be discussed. From that little bit of flavouring, via putting it into the product, to the way consumers enjoy it. What is more, as an encore you will get the chance to answer personally: ‘How do you taste?’
