The European Dairy Industry and its Markets

11 okt 2009 Onderdeel: Wageningen Business School In this course we highlight the issues presently at stake in the European Dairy Industry. The course is organized in different parts, covering the various stakeholders in the dairy chain. We start with a global perspective and then focus on dairy farming and dairy processing. The European dairy industry will in the future be more exposed to market forces than in the past and therefore we devote much attention in the course to marketing and distribution. In the final part of the course we will discuss topical issues including environmental challenges. The course will be held form 11 - 14 October 2009. Read more
