There are five possibilities throughout the academic year 2009-2010 for a student to graduate. Please see
here
for dates.
Please see the
Student Charter 2009-2010
for detailed information on graduation.
To be able to graduate the following steps must be taken:
1. The student must have his set of examining subjects (study programme) approved in time by the Examining Board.
2. The list of examining subjects (study programme) must be submitted to the Student Service Centre on time.
3. The student must register for graduation via SSC-online during the
registration period
prior to graduation.
4. The student can only register for graduation if his set of examining subjects (study programme) has been approved; however it is not necessary that the student has passed all subjects when he registers for graduation.
5. All grades for the subjects that are part of the approved set of examination subjects must be entered before a
certain date
into the student information system
