If you are registered as a student at Wageningen University for the academic year 2011/2012 (till August 31, 2012) and you want to continue with your studies in the academic year 2012/2013 (from September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013), you should arrange your re-registration via STUDIELINK.
THE RE-REGISTRATION MODULE WILL BE OPEN IN STUDIELINK FROM MAY 1 TO SEPTEMBER 1
Please note the following:
1. The re-registration module will be open from May 1 to September 1, 2012
2. If you are eligible to pay the tuition fee of € 1771.- or € 4834.- or € 9240.- and you have a Dutch bank account, you are urgently requested to pay the tuition fee by digital authorisation.
3. To be able to pay by digital authorisation, you require DigiD.
4. If you have received an invoice for your tuition fee, please pay according to the instructions on the invoice and in the payment module in Studielink: tick the box: 'I am paying' or 'my parents are paying' or 'someone else is paying' and on the next screen tick 'using another method'.
PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2012/2013 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER MAY 1, 2012 AND PREFERABLY BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2012.
It is in your own interest to arrange your registration for the academic year 2012/2013 well in time. Moreover, it is your responsibilty to make sure that you are registered as a student. It is NOT possible to back-date your registration. Not registering (on time) as a student can have serious consequenties for study grants.
