There are ten possibilities throughout the academic year 2011-2012 for a student to graduate. Please see here for dates.

To be able to graduate the following steps must be taken:
1. The student must have his set of examining subjects (study programme) approved in time by the Examining Board,
this can be done by using SPA (go to SSC-online).
2. The student must register for graduation via SSC-online during the registration period prior to graduation.
3. The student can only register for graduation if his set of examining subjects (study programme) has been approved;
however it is not necessary that the student has passed all subjects when he registers for graduation.
4. All grades for the subjects that are part of the approved set of examination subjects must be entered before a
certain date into the student information system
