- At the end of this form you will find 2 pages of instructions. Please consult these before filling in the form.
- Incomplete applications, applications in a different format, or applications that do not meet the conditions as mentioned in this form or in the instructions, will not be taken into consideration by the selection committee.
- Make sure that all the required documents (see application form) are attached and submitted in time.
- Applications (application form + all required additional documents) must be submitted by email at the latest on September 7th 2012. Send your application + annexes (digital only) through http://sendit.wur.nl/ to onno.moller@wur.nl. Please offer the application as one file and ask for a confirmation message*
*Digital applications, including digital version of all the required documents. For letters proving institutional support, this means a scanned version (converted to PDF).
Please take notice of the size of each document and do not send large PDF documents of several Mb.
