Follow two programmes sequentially
If you have been awarded a Bachelor or Master degree at a Dutch Organisation for Higher Education (University or HBO) and you want to register for a Bachelor programme at Wageningen University for the first time, then you are following this bachelor programme sequential to the first one.
When you register as a student for the Bachelor programme at Wageningen University you will have to pay the institutional fee of € 8,925.00, providing you meet the nationality requirement.
Follow two programmes simultaneously
If you are registered in 2011-2012 for a Bachelor programme at a Dutch Institution for Higher Education (University or HBO) and you also want to register for a Bachelor programme at Wageningen University then you follow two bachelor programmes simultaneously.
If you are registered for the 1st programme as a fulltime student and you pay the statutory tuition fee of € 1713.00, you are eligible for exemption of tuition fees at Wageningen University. You will require a ‘Proof of Payment Tuition Fees’ (Bewijs Betaald Collegegegeld = BBC) from the organisation where you paid the tuition fee.
When you graduate in the 1st programme you maintain the right to pay the statutory tuition fee for the 2nd programme at Wageningen University for the nominal duration of the programme (from the moment of registration at Wageningen University) but only till August 31, 2013 latest. This only applies if you meet the nationality and address requirements and you are registered at Wageningen University continuously as a student for this programme. As of September 1, 2013, the institutional tuition fee 2 may apply.
The above-mentioned may be subject to change. Should the enactment ‘langstudeerders’ (students who take too long to complete their study) be introduced, students may have to pay a raised statutory tuition fee from a certain moment on instead of the regular statutory tuition fee.
Note: The mentioned amounts and the conditions may be subject to change depending on Dutch legislation and Wageningen University policies.
