Arrival in Wageningen

Again, we strongly advise you to arrive in Wageningen between 13th and 19th of August.

Saturday 13th of August:
• If you arrive on Saturday between 09.00 and 14.00 hrs, please report directly to Student Service Centre,
  Droevendaalsesteeg 2 (Forum, building 102) in Wageningen.
• If you arrive between 14.00 and 17.00 hrs please go to the reception at the Forum.
  Tell the receptionist that you are a new  master student.
  A staff member of the International Student Support will be contacted and you will be taken to your room.
• If you arrive after 17.00 hrs we will not be able to help you that day. You need to arrange your own accommodation
  for Saturday night.
 
On Sunday, you can come to the FORUM building between 10.00 and 17.00 hrs.
Tell the receptionist that you are a new master student.
A staff member of the International Student Support will be contacted and you will be taken to your room.
On Monday, you have to come to the FORUM building between 09.00 and 15.00 hrs for general information and registration
at the University.

Sunday 14th of August:
• If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday between 10.00 and 17.00 hrs, please go to the reception at the Forum.
  Tell the receptionist that you are a new MSc student.
  A staff member of the International Student Support  will be contacted and you will be taken to your room.
• If you arrive after 17.00 hrs we will not be able to help you that day. You need to arrange your own accommodation for
  Sunday night. You have to come to the FORUM on Monday 15th between 09.00 and 15.00 hrs for general information and
  registration at the University.

Monday 15th to Friday 20th of August:
• If you arrive on Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 15.00 hrs, please report directly to Student Service Centre,
  Droevendaalsesteeg 2 (Forum, building 102) in Wageningen.
• If you arrive between 15.00 and 21.00 hrs please go to the reception at the Forum.
  Tell the receptionist that you are a new MSc student. 
  A staff member of the International Student Support will be contacted and you will be taken to your room.
• If you arrive after 21.00 hrs we will not be able to help you that day. You need to arrange your own accommodation for the
  night. The next day, you have to come to the FORUM building between 09.00 and 15.00 hrs for general information and
  registration at the University.

Please note
Studenthousing will inform you personally about the latest details of your arrival and housing arrangements 2 weeks before arrival.

• Beware of pickpockets and thieves when changing money.
• Watch your luggage, especially when entering the trains.
