All international students will be offered furnished accommodation, which is available as of the date given on your arrival form. When the financial requirements have been met, and you have informed us of your date of arrival, we will arrange accommodation for you at one of the student housing facilities.
- If you arrive earlier than indicated on the arrival form (without advance notice of at least 10 days) we cannot guarantee that your accommodation will be available.
- If you arrive later than indicated on the arrival form (without advance notice of at least 10 days) the date in the rental agreement will not be changed.
Upon arrival in Wageningen we will provide you with your address and the key to your room. It is not possible to receive the address of your room in advance.
Changes to your arrival date should be communicated to internationalstudentsupport@wur.nl.
In times of room shortage Wageningen University will arrange alternative housing in Wageningen.
