Travel information and an arrival form will be sent with your invoice. Please complete the arrival form after receiving your MVV visa for the Netherlands. Inform us immediately of any changes in the date or time of arrival after you have sent us the arrival form, you can do this through here.
When?
Students starting their study in September are expected to arrive mid-August to enable them to settle in and follow the introduction programme prior to the start of the academic year. From experience we know how important it is to get settled in a new environment, that all matters concerning registration are arranged, so that students can start their programme at Wageningen University without any disruptions.
Arrival in Wageningen
You will receive a registration package upon arrival in Wageningen. The registration package contains information concerning the registration as a student at Wageningen University. Master students cannot pre-enrol via Studielink.Only when all registration requirements have been met can you be registered as a student at Wageningen University. ALL students who wish to register need to submit CERTIFIED TRANSLATED COPIES of their bachelor degree and academic records. When registered as a student you will receive a username and password for the University network enabling you to register for subjects and examinations. Students will be formally enrolled at Wageningen University after their arrival.

Annual Introduction Days
Please consider attending the AID (Algemene Introductie Dagen) at the beginning of the study year. The AID is highly recommended for all new students. During the introduction programme you can acquaint yourself with Wageningen, your fellow students and the university.
