 The objectives of the workshop are to update knowledge about persistence and to open new perspectives for research in the field of Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus. Besides researchers, officials of the OIE and EUFMDV will be invited. Participants are invited to send in abstracts and present their latest research findings in posters that will be on display during the workshop. From the submitted abstracts, the scientific organising committee shall make a selection for a short additional oral presentation.
