 Stephen Biggs is an internationally very well known thinker, writer and provider of critical reflection on major development issues. This time he will turn his sharp mind to the different cultures with which people set out to realise the goals of development projects, given the different contexts in which they operate, their different beliefs about the project cycle, and about the way the project process can be influenced.
