31 Mar 2003 - 2 Apr 2003
Unit: Wageningen University

The first conference of the European Phenology Network was an important milestone in the development of an operational phenological monitoring, modelling and forecasting network in Europe. In the year 2002 many people have contributed to the further planning and construction of this network. At the second EPN conference new important steps will be made in improving the network.
The overall objective is to present and discuss the future structure and set-up of an operational international phenological network. The network will be based on the European Phenology Network and other existing networks.
