The course fee is Euro 455 (including lunches/tea/coffee and one dinner). PhD-students not affiliated with the Graduate School VLAG will be charged Euro 225.
The participants will be introduced into topics and techniques such as genomics (genome analyses by DNA sequencing), transcriptomics (analysis of gene expression using whole genome microarrays), proteomics (large scale characterization of protein expression), metabolomics (large scale characterization of metabolites and protein function), bioinformatics and systems biology (integrating these genomics techniques) in connection with molecular nutritional research (nutrigenomics).
