 (4 sessions). WICC Wageningen, Friday and Saturday morning every other week. The main theme of this course is how to manage the transformation processes in agri-industrial chains or individual links within these chains, so that they contribute effectively to the goals of the chain or the enterprise. The course deals with procurement, production planning, inventory control and physical distribution, focusing on developments and on concepts of logistic management. Fee: € 1,375.-
