Organisational learning had become a critical succes factor for rural development organisations. Promoting learning in and by organisations and institutions may require considerable changes: in planning, in monitoring and evaluation systems, in organisational settings, and in organisational cultures. Practical skills and thourough knowledge related to organisational performance and change management have become essential assets.
Specific attention is given to culture & values and gender issues. Guiding questions throughout the course will be the relevance, effectivity, efficiency, impact and sustainability of what organisations bring forward.
