European consumers have become increasingly concerned about the safety of food and the negative effects of bio-industrial production. In an attempt to regain consumers' confidence government and food industry impose new legislation, regulations and demands that influence the whole food production chain. Companies and networks are forced to introduce sophisticated quality and information systems that focus on identification, registration, tracking and tracing and transparency. And time presses. So what to do?
This mini seminar helps to clarify demands and requirements, gives an insight in the current situation and shows possible solutions.

The fee is € 50,-

The seminar is intended for those responsible for quality, ict, logistics and operations.
