Herman Kievits, director Corporate Communication Shell Netherlands, will discuss Shell Netherlands' corporate communication policies, focusing on challenges involved in building corporate reputation. What identity processes are we talking about? How does Shell Netherlands engage with different stakeholder groups and publics? How are issues of trust, credibility and favourability dealt with?
