The Mansholt PhD-day 2007 is a symposium that addresses the topic “Social Sciences applied to agrifood systems and rural development”.
Mansholt PhD students will present and discuss their research on the following sub themes of this symposium:
- Rural activities and green space (transformations processes in rural areas)
- Consumer oriented chains (innovation, consumer orientation, supply chain management and governance, safety, quality and sustainability and bio based economics )
- Institutions (knowledge systems, influence of social changes, role of government)
