Is a hamburger with fries healthy?

What is the relationship between healthy and hamburger? Hamburgers are the symbol of unhealthiness and unsustainability; the symbol of fast food. But can a hamburger be healthy? That depends on your definition of healthy. While enjoying a fabulous meal cooked by the volunteers of eating house Zeezicht, we will discuss these and other matters concerning food production and consumption on February the 20th.

Are you interested in the topic of food production and consumption? Do you wonder how efforts are made to make food chains more sustainable? And do you want to enjoy this lovely 3-course dinner? Then come to this activity! The costs of this activity are only €5,00 per person, including a three course meal and an interesting debate.

Subscribe now at ruw@wur.nl, there are only a few places left! The deadline for subscription is Friday 16 February.
