It is a pleasure to invite you to the workshop on the application of dispersants on oil spills in the Dutch part of the North Sea on Tuesday 2nd of October 2007, organized by Rijkswaterstaat, Ministerie van Verkeer & Waterstaat, the Netherlands.
We have invited strategy planners from different ministries of the Netherlands, oil spill response experts from Europe, European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), members of the Bonn Agreement, scientists, oil spill response advisors and response personnel, coastguard, environmental organisations and North Sea-user organisations in the Netherlands.
