Mansholt Graduate School of Social Sciences (MG3S)

Mansholt Graduate School of Social Sciences (MG3S) studies social changes and control processes in rural areas and agri- and food chains and their institutional surroundings. MG3S conducts fundamental and strategic research – also in co-operation with technical disciplines – and provides a training programme for researchers. Thus, MG3S contributes to the transformation of agriculture, rural areas and agri- and food chains towards multifunctionality and sustainability.
