LEI, part of Waegningen UR, is working together with parties in Turkey to set up a Turkish FADN, a data network for agricultural and horticultural businesses. In due course, this should make it possible to monitor the developments in Turkey’s agricultural sector better and to provide various parties with better information when formulating policy and making decisions.
An FADN is compulsory for European Union member states. The project is being financed by the European Union and the Turkish government.
